退火炉退火热周期的选择及其温度退火知

对冷轧带钢来说,其在退火时加热速度越快,则在不同温度区域停留时间较短,所需再结晶温度越高;反之,带钢在退火时加热速度较慢,即在均热区域停留时间较长,则再结晶温度就越低。这就产生了高再结晶温度退火热周期和低再结晶温度退火热周期。 


  退火炉高再结晶温度退火热周期就是将带钢加热到峰值温度后立即快速冷却(有时在快速冷却前先进行短时间的慢冷,以获得稳定的金属结构),其优势是可应用在较短的、不复杂的(投资少的)生产线上;不足是带钢被加热到较高温度,而在冷却过程中又被浪费掉了,故消耗能量较多。

退火炉余热利用分 4级:

④退火炉4级余热利用,即直燃段内的带钢被煤气燃烧直接加热,同时存在热传导、对流、辐射3种加热方法所以直燃段有很高的热效率。而在辐射管加热段,使用的是间接加热方式,以使保护气体不被污染,因此煤气在特殊的Ni—Cr合金辐射管内燃烧,合金管由煤气加热,再将热量辐射给带钢,这种方式是一种间接加热方式,热效率较低。
